Its the U.N. and thier "No child without a laptop" program to save the day! Images of a nondiscript militant, of some nondiscript race, wearing a nondiscript uniform, complete with dark aviator glasses and a bere, laughing his ass off as he cranks on one of the thousands of laptops he's taken from his people. Or better yet, said militant yelling "Pull!" and his underling throwing a laptop into the air for him to blow this shit out of. And then laughing his ass off. People think the u.s. has problems?
