Just awsome

I just wanted to share something that just blew me away. You can go your whole life with confidence in your knowledge of what and how many the sacraments are. However, I was going through the Summa for material on Annulments, of which I shall write more latter, and I came across this, "I answer that A sacrament denotes a sanctifying remedy against sin offered to man under sensible signs [Cf. TP, Q[61], A[1]; TP, Q[65], A[1]]. Wherefore since this is the case in matrimony, it is reckoned among the sacraments." I always looked at the Sacraments as sacred offices, you know, as posts to be aspired too, but though they may be that, they are also tools, or rather powerfull weapons to aid us in our war against evil. God, in His goodness, does not allow us to go into battle unarmed, nay, he arms us with the most powerfull and efficient weapons ever devised. Thank You Lord!! Thank you for your everlasting assistance! How could I have been so blind as to over look these instruments you have placed at our feet!
